Director: Institutional Development Support

  • Reference Number: G02/2025
  • Term: Permanent
  • Salary: R1 216 824 – R1 433 355 per annum (Level 13) all-inclusive package
  • Centre: Pretoria
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • A degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Governance or related fields.
    • A postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8) is an advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience at Middle/Senior Management level.
    • At least 8 years’ experience in public sector programme or project management.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage IDS operational and strategic planning.
    • Oversee project governance, implementation support, and compliance.
    • Lead client engagement, reporting, and risk management activities.
    • Manage the budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking for IDS projects.

Deputy Director: MFIP Knowledge and Information Management

  • Reference Number: G03/2025
  • Term: Fixed-Term Contract (Until 30 June 2026)
  • Salary: R1 059 105 per annum (Level 12) all-inclusive package
  • Centre: Pretoria
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, ICT, or related field.
    • Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in ICT, knowledge management, or related fields, including 2–3 years at middle management level.
    • Public service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer the Knowledge Management database and stakeholder engagement.
    • Manage ICT governance, systems design, user support, and innovation initiatives.
    • Provide technical advice on knowledge management practices and systems development.
    • Lead initiatives for content creation, innovation, and stakeholder capacity building.
