Post Title: Chief Corporate Services Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 8) in Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 12 years of functional experience, including 5–8 years in a strategic senior management role.
  • Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 9) in a related field.
  • Sector Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee the implementation of the Corporate Services strategy.
  • Lead HR, B-BBEE, and Facilities Management functions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Manage recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and organisational development.
  • Contribute to executive-level strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee risk assessments, performance management, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and uphold Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
