Position Details

• Salary: R468,459 per annum (Level 09)

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Personnel Management
  • Public Administration / Public Management
• PERSAL Controller’s Certificate (compulsory)
• Valid driver’s licence
• 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Constitution, Public Service Act & Regulations
  • Labour Relations Act, PFMA, BCEA
  • Employment Equity Act, EPMS

Key Duties

• Oversee and control the PERSAL system
• Maintain and manage PERSAL user profile registers
• Facilitate PERSAL training and help desk support
• Administer Biometric Access Control
• Provide strategic input for HR policies
• Manage team resources and performance
