Minimum Qualifications Overview
Each role has specific requirements, but here’s a general guide:
- Senior Manager & Regional Manager Roles:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Honours preferred)
- 7–8+ years’ experience in management, supply chain, or SETA operations
- Specialist & Administrator Roles:
- Diploma or Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, SCM or related fields
- 2–5 years’ experience in project, monitoring, or facilities administration
- Additional requirements for some roles:
- Valid driver’s license (for regional/provincial posts)
- Strong knowledge of PFMA, SCM Regulations, NSDP, and grant regulations
- Excellent communication and computer literacy (MS Office)
