Requirements:
- Ability to read and write (ABET)
- No formal qualifications required
- Experience in cleaning environments or museums is an advantage
Competencies:
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and museum artifact maintenance
- Knowledge of Batho Pele principles
- Good time management and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Duties:
- General cleaning of the museum complex, exhibition areas, and offices
- Assist with conservation of museum artifacts according to museum protocols
- Support museum events and exhibitions, including venue setup and clearing
- Safe handling and storage of cleaning materials
- Adherence to safety and security procedures
