Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/Degree in Town and Regional Planning
- Valid registration as a Professional Planner
- 4 years’ relevant experience (3 years at supervisory level)
- Code B driving license
- Computer literacy
- In-depth knowledge of SPLUMA, SDF, building regulations
Duties Include:
- Manage Land Use, Spatial Planning, and Building Control
- Enforce SPLUMA and local bylaws
- Supervise land use applications and building plan scrutiny
- Lead housing projects and manage land identification
- Update GIS zoning data
- Prepare development proposals, site plans, and budgeting
Post Title: Chief Accountant: Credit Control and Debt Management
Salary Scale: R381,915 – R495,747 per annum

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Cost Management/Auditing

- Code B driving license
- CFDC registration (advantageous)
Duties Include:
- Approve revenue recordings and analyze accounts receivable
- Coordinate rates and valuations planning
- Supervise staff and control credit processes
- Resolve consumer queries and prepare reports

- Support financial statement preparation
- Analyze revenue fluctuations and billing data
- Monitor meter readings and service revenue processes

Salary Scale: R628,440 – R815,739 per annum

Requirements:

- National Diploma in Public Management
- 4 years’ relevant experience
- Code B driving license
Duties Include:
- Develop and monitor policies related to focus groups (e.g., elderly, disabled)
- Network with public and private sector partners
- Empower vulnerable communities through targeted projects
- Coordinate business sessions for women and monitor child-focused policies
