Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.Sc. / B.Eng in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA: Pr.Tech.Eng or Pr.Eng
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years’ post-registration experience in civil engineering, specifically involving large multi-purpose infrastructure facilities
Additional:
- Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical reports, designs, and drawings
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Inspect construction work and monitor structural integrity of facilities
- Administer professional service contracts and manage engineering projects
- Conduct quality control inspections and sign off on critical hold points
- Provide technical advice to Facilities Management
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and secure planning approvals
- Manage as-built drawing documentation and records after project close-outs
