Post Title: External Moderator – Art and Design (Re-advertisement)
Ref No: TNC/PTA/25 – 05/1
Tariff per hour: R451.60 plus SMT
Duration: 2025 – 2027
Requirements:
- A relevant three-year teaching qualification (REQV 13)
- Minimum 3 years lecturing experience
- At least 2 years’ experience moderating in Painting, Drawing, and Graphic Design (N4 – N6)
- Assessor and moderator qualified and registered with SACE
- Experience in the clothing industry is an added advantage
Duties:
- Moderate practical work samples in Painting, Drawing, and Graphic Design (N4 – N6)
- Record marks in DHET moderation reports
- Compile findings and provide feedback to subject lecturers

- Record results in DHET moderation reports
- Compile and present feedback reports to subject lecturers
