Job Summary
The Regional Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative, financial, governance and operational coordination support to the Regional Manager.
The successful candidate will coordinate regional administrative processes across the Free State and Northwest Regional offices.
The role supports business continuity, regulatory compliance, efficient resource coordination and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Applicants must have a National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, Office Management, Business Management, Financial Management or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Applicants must have a valid Code B or higher motor vehicle driverโs licence.
Applicants must have at least three yearsโ relevant experience in office administration.
Experience must include financial administration, procurement coordination, governance support, contract administration, records management, stakeholder coordination and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will coordinate regional administrative and operational support across the Free State and Northwest Regional Offices.
Duties include coordinating regional procurement planning, contract administration and resource coordination in accordance with organisational policies.
The candidate will support regional budget planning, expenditure monitoring, petty cash administration and petty cash reconciliation.
The successful candidate will coordinate administrative activities relating to governance, audit preparation, risk management, business continuity and records management.
The role includes preparing, consolidating and submitting performance reports, motivations and documentation to support management and Executive decision-making.
The candidate will coordinate logistical arrangements for regional technical operations, meetings, travel, training and fleet tracking.
The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying administrative efficiencies and promoting cost-effective business practices.
The role includes supporting Occupational Health and Safety compliance and Quality Management System activities.
The candidate will facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
