Job Summary:
This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements. You’ll serve as the bridge between users and developers, ensuring needs are well-understood, captured, and implemented efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document user requirements
- Analyse and improve existing business processes
- Create user documentation and visual models (e.g., flowcharts, diagrams)
- Define user stories and model system interfaces
- Conduct training sessions for end-users
- Document both legacy and new systems using UML, BPMN 2.0, and other tools
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in ICT or a relevant field
- 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis
- Knowledge of Agile software development
- Advantageous:
- Business Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0)
- Unified Modelling Language (UML)
- OOP coding background
- Tools such as MS Visio, LucidChart, Power BI, Crystal Reports
