Job Summary:

This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements. You’ll serve as the bridge between users and developers, ensuring needs are well-understood, captured, and implemented efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and document user requirements
  • Analyse and improve existing business processes
  • Create user documentation and visual models (e.g., flowcharts, diagrams)
  • Define user stories and model system interfaces
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users
  • Document both legacy and new systems using UML, BPMN 2.0, and other tools

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in ICT or a relevant field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile software development
  • Advantageous:
    • Business Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0)
    • Unified Modelling Language (UML)
    • OOP coding background
    • Tools such as MS Visio, LucidChart, Power BI, Crystal Reports
