Paterson Grade: B1
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Completion of the Ranger Fitness Selection Program
- Basic Field Ranger Training (advantageous)
- Experience in conservation or security/access control (advantageous)
- Familiarity with conservation legislation
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination
Responsibilities:
- Enforce security protocols, monitor access control, and protect park property
- Check credentials of all individuals entering the park
- Resolve minor visitor conflicts and provide guest information
- Control traffic and direct guests within the park
- Maintain cleanliness around gate areas and perform light maintenance tasks
- Record entry and exit of employees and guests
Additional Information:
- Official accommodation will be provided inside the park
- Successful candidates must live inside the park
