Post 1: Manager: Legal Services

Purpose:
To manage legal support and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, corporate governance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
- 5–8 years legal experience, 2 years in a managerial role
- Admitted Attorney is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of applicable banking and corporate law, PFMA, Companies Act
- Experience in providing legal opinions, litigation, and drafting
Post 2: Specialist: Governance
Location: Pretoria

Purpose:
To support the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate governance frameworks and ensure compliance across the institution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance or related field
- 5 years experience in corporate governance or compliance
- In-depth understanding of King IV Report on Corporate Governance
- Knowledge of PFMA, Companies Act, and related frameworks
- Excellent report writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Post 3: Manager: ICT Risk & Compliance
Location: Pretoria

Purpose:
To oversee ICT risk and compliance management, and ensure effective internal controls and adherence to cybersecurity policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Risk Management, or related discipline
- 5–8 years’ experience in ICT risk or IT audit, including 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Professional certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC) advantageous
- Understanding of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/22301/38500
- Experience in risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring
Post 4: Specialist: ICT Risk & Compliance

Purpose:
To support implementation of ICT risk and compliance frameworks and policies across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Risk, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in ICT risk, audit, or compliance
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and ICT governance
- Understanding of IT-related legislation, including POPIA, ECTA
