Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications: TOGAF, SABSA, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure), ITIL or COBIT
- Minimum 5 years in architecture/technical design
- Experience in banking or consulting is advantageous
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), system integration, DevOps, Agile
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, release/change management
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps
- Guide IT alignment with business strategy
- Oversee architectural design, integration strategies, solution reviews
- Engage in procurement, technical input, and architectural governance
- Interface with cross-functional IT teams

Requirements:
- National Diploma/Certificate (NQF 6) in Sales & Marketing
- RE5 Certificate (Regulatory Examination)
- A Degree is advantageous
- 3–5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing/Customer Service (preferably Financial Services)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer portfolios and stakeholder relationships
- Achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience
- Deliver financial literacy education and support regional initiatives
- Conduct marketing intelligence, resolve complaints, drive service excellence
- Maintain compliance with PFMA, FAIS, company policies
