Duties

The candidate will retrieve legal material from hard copy and electronic sources, analyse legal arguments submitted by litigants and prepare legal memoranda.

Additional duties include proofreading draft judgments, checking grammar and spelling, verifying references and footnotes, monitoring legal developments and ensuring judges have access to the latest legal information.
