Salary: R269 499 per annum (Level 06)
Centre: Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 in Office Administration
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably in an Education, Training and Development (ETD) environment
  • Skills in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document and records management, virtual meetings, and report preparation
  • Understanding of public service policies, supply chain processes, and Batho Pele principles
  • Attributes: Integrity, professionalism, innovation, ability to work independently and under pressure

Duties Include:

  • Provide administrative support for examination and certification services
  • Maintain and update learner records and assessment data
  • Coordinate venue arrangements and manage logistics for exams
  • Liaise with learners, departments, and moderators for queries, submissions, and certificate delivery
  • Assist in data analysis and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Handle procurement, petty cash, and service provider payments
