Salary: R269 499 per annum (Level 06)

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 in Office Administration
- 1–2 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably in an Education, Training and Development (ETD) environment
- Skills in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document and records management, virtual meetings, and report preparation
- Understanding of public service policies, supply chain processes, and Batho Pele principles
- Attributes: Integrity, professionalism, innovation, ability to work independently and under pressure
Duties Include:
- Provide administrative support for examination and certification services
- Maintain and update learner records and assessment data
- Coordinate venue arrangements and manage logistics for exams
- Liaise with learners, departments, and moderators for queries, submissions, and certificate delivery
- Assist in data analysis and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Handle procurement, petty cash, and service provider payments
