Nature of Post: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NCV Level 4.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA S+, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer (MCSE) – Compulsory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT server and networking.
- Valid unendorsed driver’s license.
Duties:
- Manage Windows Server 2019, SCCM, and Windows 10 environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and related software.
- Implement backup, recovery, and network security protocols.
- Provide technical support and user assistance.
- Maintain documentation, monitor systems, and automate routine processes.
- Apply system patches and manage hardware/software licensing.
- Ensure infrastructure compatibility and engage with users and developers to resolve issues.
