Post Title: Junior Odoo Developer
Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month (CTC)

Minimum Requirements:
- IT or Computer Science degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic understanding of Odoo or similar ERP platforms
- 1–2 years of development experience (preferably Python)
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, XML
- Basic Linux/Unix development experience
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory)
Key Duties:
- Assist in application development using Odoo framework
- Perform bug fixes and support performance optimization
- Assist in data/code migration
- Support testing processes (unit, functional, UAT)
- Follow development best practices and CI/CD methods
Post Title: Senior Odoo Developer
Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month (CTC)

- Experience in Linux/Unix development environments

- Develop ERP applications on Odoo platform
- Handle bug fixes, performance optimization, and production support
- Manage customisation, code/data migration, testing, documentation
- Interpret functional specs and write technical specs
- Ensure code quality and follow CI/CD best practices
- Provide impact analysis of customizations and maintain documentation
