- National Diploma in Facilities Management / OHS / Property Management
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Duties Include:
- Manage reception, switchboard, and front office
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office maintenance
- Oversee service providers and ensure health & safety compliance
- General administrative and support duties
2. Temporary Graphic Design and Social Media Officer

- Duration: 6-month contract
- Location: Head Office, Johannesburg
- Remuneration: R394 200 – R492 750 per annum (all-inclusive package)

- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design & Marketing

- Design graphics for digital platforms and social media
- Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, X, and the HDA website
- Assist with internal and external communications
- Support promotional events and government campaigns
