Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance (preferred)
- Experience in a supply chain/procurement environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of:
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Treasury Regulations
- Supply Chain Management
- Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA)
- Strong administrative, report writing, and communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide demand and acquisition clerical support
- Assist with logistics and asset management functions
- Support verification processes and maintain the fixed asset register
- Manage College contracts and update the contract register
- Deliver financial and administrative support within Supply Chain
- Scan, file, and upload documentation to the system
- Collect and consolidate budget inputs
- Monitor and track expenditure patterns
