Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design & Web Development
- At least 3 years’ experience in a digital environment
- Strong conceptual design and layout skills
- Proficiency in social media, web development, and digital platforms
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Own transport and driver’s license (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digitization of learning materials for the e-Portal
- Convert and manage digital content for websites, social media, emailers, banners, etc.
- Digitize administrative records for better access
- Support AI, automation, and digital archiving initiatives
- Collaborate on business process automation across departments
- Ensure quality assurance, cybersecurity, and compliance of all digital assets
- Train internal stakeholders on digitized systems
