Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent (essential).
- National Diploma in Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a similar environment.
- Good understanding of the FAIS Act 37 of 2002 and its subordinate legislation.
- Experience with Microsoft CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong command of at least two official languages.
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Registering new complaints and assessing jurisdiction in line with FAIS and FSOS Acts.
- Guiding complainants on the jurisdiction of their complaints.
- Extracting relevant information from complaints and requesting additional data if needed.
- Referring non-jurisdictional matters to appropriate entities.
- Liaising professionally with complainants and financial service providers.
