Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Public/Business Administration or Management
- Project Management qualification
- 3 years’ project implementation experience in ETD/skills development sector
- Knowledge of PFMA, skills development systems, reporting, stakeholder engagement
Post Title: Senior Management Accountant
Location: Head Office, Johannesburg
Salary: R1,045,456.00 per annum (TCTC)
Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting with articles and postgraduate qualification
- 5+ years’ management accounting or auditing experience
- Professional membership (SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Extensive knowledge of GRAP, PFMA, budgeting, grants, and audit processes

Salary: R561,033.00 per annum (TCTC)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Business/Public Admin or Education
- Qualification in TQM or ODETDP is advantageous
- 4 years’ QA experience in education/training, including accreditation and verification
- Driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively
Post Title: Learning Programmes Evaluation Coordinator
Location: Head Office, Johannesburg
Salary: R698,169.00 per annum (TCTC)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in ETD or Public Admin
- ODETDP or M&E qualification
- 5 years’ experience in QA and learning programme evaluation
- Strong knowledge of QCTO, Skills Development legislation, and data systems
Post Title: Provincial Administrator – Eastern Cape
Location: East London
Salary: R453,142.00 per annum (TCTC)
Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Office Admin, Public Admin, or related field
- 3 years’ admin experience in projects/ETD environment
- Excellent planning, reporting, data reconciliation, and IT skills
