Duties
The successful candidate will ensure the provision of examination services.
Duties include administering examination venues, seating plans, directions to exam venues, student instructions and other duties as set out in the examination manual.
The candidate will manage concessions for students with disabilities before examinations.
The successful candidate will monitor examination processes and procedures and administer college exam centres for trimester, semester or year examination cycles.
Additional duties include ensuring compliance with examination policies, safeguarding and distributing question papers, developing internal assessment monitoring tools, developing examination policies, submitting examination data to DHET and coordinating examination meetings.
The candidate will conduct training for invigilators, markers and data capturers, manage internal marking centres, administer invigilator agreements and coordinate the appointment of Chief Invigilators and Examination Officers.
The successful candidate will also manage certificate applications, diploma applications, examination timetables, results distribution and human, financial and other resources in the unit.

The candidate will perform routine backups and support information security and data governance standards.
The successful candidate will provide first-line support to ITS users, resolve system-related queries, develop system documentation, facilitate user training and assist with system enhancements.
