Post Title: Senior Data Capturer – EPWP
Ref No: DSD 01/05/2025
Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07), plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Contract: 12 Months
Centre: Qonce
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Social Science, Public Admin, Management, Information Management Systems or related
- 2–3 years’ experience in EPWP or related Public Employment Programmes
- Valid driver’s license
Competencies:
- Knowledge of EPWP policies and tools
- Skilled in Excel and data analytics
- Strong numerical, communication and problem-solving abilities
- High levels of integrity, organisation, and confidentiality
- Computer literacy essential
Duties:
- Collect and compile reports from programmes and districts
- Ensure EPWP targets are met using official reporting tools
- Capture project and work opportunity data accurately
- Perform reconciliation of reports and highlight missing inputs
- Provide exception and quality assurance reports
- Assist in departmental reporting and data validations
