Salary: R228 321 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in Office Management/Secretarial Studies.
- Fluent in Afrikaans.
- Core Competencies: Client orientation, customer focus, written & verbal communication, honesty, integrity, planning, organizing, and telephone etiquette.
- Technical Competencies: Office management, administration, secretarial functions, and general administration.
Duties:
- Develop and manage an efficient filing system and document flow for the Commission.
- Receive, record, distribute, and file documents appropriately.
- Provide secretarial support including preparing agendas, attendance registers, minutes, and reports.
- Manage Commission diaries and ensure effective coordination.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, hearings, conferences, and travel.
- Handle communication systems, purchase stationery and equipment, manage inventory, and provide general office administration.
