1. Employer Audit Officer (2 Posts)

  • Reference: HR 4/4/10/809
  • Centre: Provincial Office: Western Cape
  • Salary: R325 101 per annum
  • Requirements: Three-year tertiary qualification in Labour Relations/BCOM Law/LLB/Internal Audit, 1 year auditing experience, valid driver’s licence.
  • Key Duties: Monitor and evaluate UIA and COIDA programs; provide expert advice and advocacy support.

2. Principal Personnel Officer

  • Reference: HR 4/4/10/810
  • Centre: Provincial Office: Western Cape
  • Salary: R325 101 per annum
  • Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, 1–2 years’ HR experience.
  • Key Duties: Manage recruitment, service benefits, HR policy implementation, salary payments.

3. BCEA Inspector: Inspection and Enforcement Services (5 Posts)

  • Centres: Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, Stanger
  • Salary: R269 499 per annum
  • Requirements: Relevant degree (Labour Relations/BCOM Law/LLB), valid driver’s licence.
  • Key Duties: Conduct labour inspections, investigate cases, advocate labour law compliance.

4. Inspector: Inspection and Enforcement Services (21 Posts)

  • Centres: Various (Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Northern Cape)
  • Salary: R269 499 per annum
  • Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification and driver’s licence.
  • Key Duties: Ensure compliance with labour laws via inspections, investigations, and advocacy.

5. Client Service Officer: Inspection and Enforcement Services (6 Posts)

  • Centres: Vryburg, Lichtenburg, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Rustenburg, Mogwase
  • Salary: R269 499 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Key Duties: Client services at labour centre help desks, administrative support, complaint resolution.

6. Administrative Clerk: Inspection and Enforcement Services (2 Posts)

  • Centres: Nqanqarhu, Pietermaritzburg
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12.
  • Key Duties: Office admin support, filing, supply chain support, HR support.

7. Administrative Clerk: Management Support Services

  • Centre: Pietermaritzburg Labour Centre
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12.
  • Key Duties: Technical admin support, supply chain and finance support, records management.

8. Personnel Officer: HR Operations (2 Posts, Fixed Term Contract)

  • Centre: Compensation Fund, Pretoria
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
  • Requirements: Grade 12.
  • Key Duties: HR admin, recruitment support, HR system maintenance.

9. Administrative Clerk: Vocational Rehabilitation (Fixed Term Contract)

  • Centre: Compensation Fund, Pretoria
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
  • Requirements: Grade 12 (experience in rehabilitation environment advantageous).
  • Key Duties: Admin support, supply chain support, financial admin.

10. Administrative Clerk: Support Services: IES

  • Centre: Provincial Office, Western Cape
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12.
  • Key Duties: Admin support for Directorate, HR support, document control.

11. Provisioning Administration Clerk

  • Centre: Provincial Office: Kimberley
  • Salary: R228 321 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 with Commercial subjects.
  • Key Duties: Tender and contract management, procurement, inventory and asset management.

12. Security Officer: Management and Support Services (2 Posts)

  • Centres: Cape Town, Durban
  • Salary: R193 359 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 + Grade C Security Certificate, 1 year security experience.
  • Key Duties: Control access, conduct patrols, investigate security incidents.

13. Office Aid: Management Support Services

  • Centre: Labour Centre: Cape Town
  • Salary: R163 680 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 10 (Standard 8).
  • Key Duties: Cleaning, food services aid, stock distribution, messenger duties.
