- Key Duties:
- Design and implement complex projects and programmes
- Ensure technical and financial bankability
- Prepare investment proposals and manage PPP engagements
- Monitor compliance, risks, and implementation milestones
- Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure funding and financing
- Strong knowledge of PPPs, PFMA, project design, execution, and risk management
- Programme management certification (PMI/SACPCMP) desirable
