Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex investigations
- Experience in competition law investigations will be an advantage
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and prosecute contraventions of Section 4(1)(b) of the Competition Act
- Administer the Corporate Leniency Policy (CLP)
- Prepare investigation reports and legal pleadings
- Support execution of division strategy and business plans
- Conduct research and analysis of complex legal and economic issues
