Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 plus National Diploma in IT (NQF Level 6)
- 3–4 years’ limited transportation experience
Responsibilities:
- Operate AFC terminal and monitor data from fare collection systems
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor system issues
- Prepare reports and assist with revenue analysis
- Provide operational support to the Deputy Director of Operations

2. Senior Specialist: Strategic Urban Planner (Infrastructure Planning & Coordination)

Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric + Bachelor’s in Town & Regional Planning, Urban Development, or Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years’ planning experience with 1+ year in strategy/policy development
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate infrastructure investment through Johannesburg Strategic Infrastructure Platform (JSIP)
- Provide input on capital budgeting and strategic frameworks
- Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis
- Support IDP, capital budget, and business planning processes
