Post Title: Stakeholder Relations Manager

Requirements:

  • Matric and Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related (NQF 7)
  • 9 years’ experience in stakeholder relations/government affairs/corporate communications, with 3–5 years at managerial level
  • Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Postgraduate qualification in stakeholder/public affairs (NQF 8) is an advantage

Key Duties:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement strategies across government, NGOs, and business
  • Manage CSR initiatives and community development programmes
  • Resolve grievances and mediate disputes
  • Maintain records and produce compliance reports

  • Serve as the link between the refinery and surrounding communities
  • Coordinate and communicate CSR initiatives
  • Track and resolve community concerns
  • Support enterprise development and local economic empowerment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare stakeholder reports
