Post Title: Facilities Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) and National Diploma (NQF 6) in:
- Business Administration
- Facilities Management
- Health and Safety
- Or a related field
- 2 to 3 years experience in facilities management.
- A BTech/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) will be an added advantage.

- Maintenance planning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
- Waste management, document management systems
- Time management, coordination and scheduling
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, communication
- Teamwork, adaptability, goal orientation
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination
- Assess and schedule facility repair requests
- Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs
- Procure required materials and submit monthly reports
Document Management
- Sort and archive documents
- Handle off-site storage and document destruction
- Compile board and committee packs
Delivery & Collection Coordination
- Arrange deliveries or collections with internal teams or couriers
General Facilities Oversight
- Enforce and monitor cleaning schedules
- Inspect cleanliness and resource readiness of meeting rooms
Fleet Management
- Schedule vehicle servicing and renew licenses
Space Allocation
- Coordinate workspace and parking assignments
- Ensure office setups are functional
