Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Recognized tertiary qualification (REQV13) in Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a teaching and learning environment
- 3–5 years’ supervisory experience (SL7 or 8)
- Proficient in quality management systems and risk management tools
- Knowledge of FETC Act 16 of 2006 (as amended), GENFETQA 58/2001, and other TVET-related legislation
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skills in policy development, project management, report writing, communication, and leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the college’s quality management system
- Ensure compliance with accreditation body requirements
- Conduct internal audits, verification exercises, and identify improvements
- Drive quality assurance awareness and training
- Oversee policy implementation and risk assurance
- Compile reports on quality interventions and service delivery
- Participate in moderation, examinations monitoring, and enrolment verification
- Assist senior management in institutional governance
- Represent the quality assurance function on college committees
