Post Title: Junior Odoo Developer

Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month (CTC)

Minimum Requirements:

  • IT or Computer Science degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Basic understanding of Odoo or similar ERP platforms
  • 1–2 years of development experience (preferably Python)
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, XML
  • Basic Linux/Unix development experience

Desired Skills:

  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory)

Key Duties:

  • Assist in application development using Odoo framework
  • Perform bug fixes and support performance optimization
  • Assist in data/code migration
  • Support testing processes (unit, functional, UAT)
  • Follow development best practices and CI/CD methods

Key Duties:

  • Develop ERP applications on Odoo platform
  • Handle bug fixes, performance optimization, and production support
  • Manage customisation, code/data migration, testing, documentation
  • Interpret functional specs and write technical specs
  • Ensure code quality and follow CI/CD best practices
  • Provide impact analysis of customizations and maintain documentation
