Contract: 3-year term
Remuneration: As per SAICA rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF7) in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Engineering, Law, IT, or HR
- Recognised professional body membership
- Experience on audit/governance committees
- Strong integrity, objectivity, and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight in line with the Audit Committee Charter
- Report and advise the Accounting Authority on governance and compliance

Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in ICT or Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
- 8 years in ICT executive/senior roles
- Member of a recognised ICT body
- Certifications like CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, etc. (advantageous)
- Served on public sector ICT Steering Committee or similar
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ICT governance, cybersecurity, systems performance, and strategic ICT planning
- Advise on ICT frameworks aligned with King IV, COBIT, and national ICT standards
