Failure to complete, sign and initial the application form will lead to disqualification.

Applications must include the correct job title, office and reference number.

Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other related documents on or before the day of the interview.

Applicants must include contactable referees with telephone numbers and email addresses.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo two pre-entry assessments, including a practical exercise and an integrity assessment.

Applicants may be required to provide consent for access to social media accounts.

Foreign qualifications must be accompanied by an evaluation report.

Suitable candidates will be subjected to personnel suitability checks, including criminal record, financial checks, qualification verification, citizenship checks, social media checks, reference checks and employment verification.

Applicants who are not contacted within three months after the closing date should accept that their application was unsuccessful.

The Office of the Chief Justice reserves the right not to make appointments.

Successful candidates will be expected to enter into an employment contract and performance agreement within three months of appointment.
