The successful candidate will maintain the smooth, efficient and effective flow of documents between the Office of the Director-General, the Department and other structures.
Duties include receiving and distributing documents to structures such as cluster committees and external role players.
The candidate will file all documents according to the File Plan of the Office of the Director-General and relevant prescripts.
The role includes applying the National Archives Act and Management of Information System prescripts.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support in the Office of the Director-General.
The candidate will study relevant Public Service and Departmental prescripts and ensure proper understanding of their application.
