Duties
The successful candidate will prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports.
Duties include preparing annual financial statements according to GRAP standards.
The candidate will prepare quarterly interim financial statements.
The successful candidate will coordinate internal and external audit queries and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
Additional duties include preparing risk management reports and ensuring that accounting records are accurately maintained on an accrual basis.
The candidate will ensure that debtors and creditors reconciliations, including age analysis, are performed monthly.
The successful candidate will manage the asset register and develop and implement internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
The role includes monitoring and managing staff development and performance against planned objectives.

Duties include developing and maintaining a database for independent schools and private colleges.
The candidate will develop accreditation, monitoring and evaluation instruments and manuals.
The successful candidate will assist in developing accreditation and monitoring policies and procedures.
Additional duties include generating and editing monitoring reports.
The candidate will plan and coordinate site visits and reporting.
The successful candidate will arrange and facilitate workshops.
The role includes establishing and maintaining sound relations with independent schools, private colleges and other relevant stakeholders.
