Requirements:
An undergraduate National Diploma or Degree qualification at NQF Level 6 recognised by SAQA in Public Administration, Management, Law, Legal Studies or equivalent legal qualification. A minimum of three years’ experience in a court management environment, of which two years must be at supervisory or team leader level. Knowledge of office and district administration, PFMA, trust accounts and vote accounts. A valid driver’s licence is required.
Duties:
Coordinate and manage financial, human resource, risk and security functions in the court. Manage strategic and business planning processes. Oversee facilities, physical resources, information and communication systems. Lead transformation in the office, compile and analyse court statistics, support case flow management, prepare annual performance and statutory reports, improve customer service and manage service level agreements.

Requirements:
LLB Degree or four-year recognised legal qualification. At least two years’ appropriate post-qualification legal experience. Knowledge of the Administration of Estates Act, Mental Health Act, Insolvency Act, Companies Act, Trust Property Control Act, Curatorship legislation and other relevant legislation. Experience in the services provided by the Master’s Office.
Duties:

Family Counsellor / Social Worker Grade 1–4 Ref No: 26/VA16/NW

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Appropriate experience as a Social Worker after registration with SACSSP. Duties:
Conduct inquiries to determine the best interests of minor children. Evaluate information, compile forensic court reports, act as expert witness for the Family Advocate, manage case flow administration and travel to rural and township areas to conduct investigations and interviews.

Requirements:
