Senior Risk Management Officer Ref: TNC/CO/26-04/1

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R397 116 per annum (Level 08) plus benefits
Centre: Central Office

Requirements:
Recognised National Diploma (NQF 6) in Risk Management, Internal Audit or equivalent qualification. 3 to 5 years’ experience in risk, fraud, ethics and integrity management or related field. Good knowledge of relevant legislation, prescripts, regulations, and the risk, fraud, ethics and integrity management environment.

Duties:
Identify risks at the College and facilitate strategic, operational and process-level risk assessments. Compile risk registers and provide quarterly risk management reports. Follow up on mitigation plans. Facilitate fraud and corruption risk assessments, investigate allegations of corruption, and support ethics and integrity systems. Conduct training, workshops and awareness programmes, and supervise human, physical and financial resources.

Senior Assets Officer Ref: TNC/CO/26-04/2

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R397 116 per annum (Level 08) plus benefits

Requirements:
A recognised National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Financial Management (NQF Level 6) or related qualification. At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience. Knowledge of public finance legislation, policies, CET Act, GRAP standards, asset management, fixed asset registers, and reconciliation processes. A valid driver’s licence is required.

Duties:
Coordinate acquisition of movable assets, maintain the fixed asset register, manage asset verification, insurance, disposal and reconciliation with the general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc asset reports, liaise with auditors, manage inter-divisional asset transfers, and support supply chain management functions.

Senior HRD Practitioner Ref No: TNC/CO/26-04/3

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R397 116 per annum (Level 08) plus benefits

Requirements:
Recognised National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development (NQF Level 6). PERSAL certificates, facilitation, assessor or moderator certificates will be an advantage. 3 to 5 years’ experience in the human resource development environment. Knowledge of the Public Service legislative framework, Employment Equity Act, PMDS and IQMS.

Duties:
Develop and implement training and development programmes, coordinate the Workplace Skills Plan, administer bursaries, internships and learnerships, support PMDS and IQMS implementation, provide guidance on job descriptions, coordinate occupational training, and process conditional grant and skills development levy applications.

Examination Officer Ref No: TNC/PC/26–04/4

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07) plus benefits
Centre: Rosslyn Campus

Requirements:
Matric certificate or NC(V) Level 4 certificate plus a National Diploma or Degree in Management Assistant, Office Administration or equivalent qualification. At least 1 to 2 years’ experience at a TVET College or educational institution. Knowledge of TVETMIS, ITS, TVET National Examination Policies, examination regulations, and relevant legislation. A valid driver’s licence is required.

Duties:
Update and verify final examination marks, capture enrolments, issue term mark sheets and permits, prepare venues, compile daily reports, manage irregularities, coordinate script dispatch and receipt, liaise with DHET on examination matters, process graduation-related records, and administer examination services according to national policies.

Communications Officer Ref: TNC/CO/26-04/5

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07) plus benefits

Requirements:
Senior Certificate or equivalent plus a recognised National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent qualification. 2 to 3 years’ experience in marketing and communication. Valid driver’s licence. Knowledge of social media, stakeholder management, events management, digital marketing, website maintenance and public service legislative framework.

Duties:
Provide internal and external communication services, coordinate marketing and promotions, support exhibitions and school visits, manage media liaison and public relations, draft articles, maintain website content, develop visual marketing material, produce publications, proofread external publications, and monitor media coverage and social media stories about the College.

Supply Chain and Assets Officer Ref No: TNC/TC/26–04/6

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07) plus benefits
Centre: Temba Campus

Requirements:
Three-year qualification in Accounting, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management or Asset Management. 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in finance or related fields. Knowledge of GRAP, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, inventory control, physical asset verification, reconciliations, and accounting systems such as ITS or Pastel.

Duties:
Manage campus asset and inventory control, assist with procurement, implement stores procedures, maintain the asset register, control asset disposal, compile asset and inventory reports, manage fleet processes, monitor fuel and wear-and-tear usage, provide audit information, and support campus finance-related duties.

Secretary to the Campus Manager Ref No: TNC/PC/26–04/7

Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05) plus benefits
Centre: Pretoria Campus

Requirements:
Senior Certificate or equivalent plus a National Diploma in Management Assistant or Office Administration. 1 to 2 years’ experience in typing and secretarial support. Knowledge of record management, basic financial management, computer literacy, good telephone etiquette, organisational skills, written communication skills, and ability to work with tact and discretion.

Duties:
Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Campus Manager, manage correspondence and filing, prepare for meetings, arrange travel claims and events, coordinate logistics for workshops, track documents, receive visitors, and assist with sectional reports and other administrative duties.
