Duties:
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with labour legislation
- Investigate labour law violations and appear in court where required
- Lead advocacy campaigns and compile reports

- Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act
Duties:
- Conduct workplace inspections for OHS compliance
- Investigate incidents and enforce regulations
- Compile reports and appear as a State witness when required
