Requirements:

  • Three (3) year qualification in Labour Relations / Labour Law / LLB / BCom Law
  • Two (2) years experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services
  • Valid driver’s licence

Knowledge:

  • Labour Relations Act, BCEA, OHS Act, COIDA, UIF, Employment Equity Act, Immigration Act
  • Departmental policies and procedures

Duties:

  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with labour legislation
  • Investigate labour law violations and appear in court where required
  • Lead advocacy campaigns and compile reports
  • Manage case files and ensure enforcement within legal timeframes

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 + NQF Level 6 qualification in:
    • Environmental Health / Engineering / Chemistry / Construction / Biotechnology (or related)
  • Valid driver’s licence

Knowledge:

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
  • Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act

Duties:

  • Conduct workplace inspections for OHS compliance
  • Investigate incidents and enforce regulations
  • Compile reports and appear as a State witness when required

Requirements:

  • Three (3) year qualification in Labour Relations / BCom Law / LLB

Duties:

  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with labour laws
  • Investigate labour-related complaints
  • Conduct advocacy campaigns and compile reports

Requirements:

  • Public Service Act and Batho Pele Principles

Duties:

  • Register work seekers and job opportunities on ESSA
  • Provide employment counselling support
  • Perform administrative duties and assist with placements
