Personal Assistant

Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
Centre: CPP Odi (Rustenburg)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum three years’ experience supporting senior management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of public sector legislation and basic financial administration

Duties include:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Typing letters, memorandums and reports
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Case administration

Administrative Clerk: Supervisor

Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
Centre: DPP Mthatha

Requirements:

  • B Degree (NQF 7) or three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Administration / Public Management
  • Minimum two years’ experience in registry, docket and document management
  • Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Manage docket movement and archives
  • Compile and submit court statistics
  • Administer court rolls
