1. PL1 Lecturer – Hairdressing (36 Months)

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Appropriate hairdressing qualification
- 12–24 months’ experience in Afro, Ladies (Caucasian) or Gents’ hairdressing
- Computer literacy and good presentation skills
- SACE registration (added advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hair Care Theory & Practical and Fundamentals (NQF Levels 2–4)
- Assess and record learner performance
- Coordinate workplace or simulated experiential learning
- Liaise with product houses and coordinate hair shows and competitions
- Manage POA, POEs and class activities
2. PL1 Lecturer – Beauty Therapy (12 Months)

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy
- 12–24 months’ experience in facials, massages, manicures and pedicures
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching, learning, assessment and internal moderation
- Coordinate Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy programmes
- Support student progression to employment or further studies
- Market programmes and liaise with schools and industry partners
3. PL1 Lecturer – Early Childhood Development (ECD) (12 Months)

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in EduCare / Primary Teaching
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training and assessments
- Manage student Portfolios of Evidence (POEs)
- Monitor students in workplace settings
- Prepare monthly reports and attendance registers
4. PL1 Lecturer – Primary Agriculture (12 Months)

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Three-year Diploma/Degree in Agricultural Science / Farming Management
- Skills in soil science and plant production
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accredited agricultural training programmes
- Assess learner POEs and upload results on the AgriSETA system
- Provide remedial support where learning gaps exist
- Ensure compliance with SETA and quality assurance standards
5. PL1 Relieve Lecturer – Public Management (12 Months)

- REQV 13 qualification in Public Management
- Professional teaching qualification
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience
- Registered with SACE and computer literate
- Assessor/Moderator certificate (added advantage)

- Participate in extra-curricular activities and student registration
