Post 1: Case Management Officer

Purpose
To handle queries, assist the public with appropriate processing procedures, and screen cases in line with legislation and CCMA guidelines.
Key Performance Areas
- Case advice, screening, and capturing.

- Process outcomes and finalise cases.
- Venue administration.
- Pre-conciliation functions.
Requirements
- Matric plus a Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 6).
- OR at least three (3) years relevant experience in Employment Laws, Trade Unions, Bargaining Councils, Labour Inspection, or HR.
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in case management/HR/Legal/Employment Laws environments.
- Ability to speak at least two African languages is an advantage.
