1. Chief Executive Officer (5-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Built Environment, or related field (NQF 9).
- Certificate in MFMA or ability to obtain within 18 months.
- Professional membership (advantageous).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years at executive level.
- Knowledge of MFMA, Treasury Regulations, SHRA, IDP, KING IV, Companies Act, and relevant housing legislation.
- Board-level experience required.
Key Duties:
- Provide strategic leadership and manage organisational growth.
- Oversee financial sustainability and ensure clean audits.
- Implement corporate governance and compliance.
