Post Title: Divisional Manager: Supply Chain Management (SCM – EL)
Division: Group Finance
Monthly Salary: R125 066.00 Total Cost to Company (TCTC)
Reporting To: Group Chief Financial Officer

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management
- Professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years at management level
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA)
- Financial planning, forecasting, and procurement compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the division’s strategic plan and operational implementation
- Ensure full legal and procedural compliance in procurement processes
- Align procurement planning with budget availability to prevent overspending
- Supervise purchase order processing and vendor engagement
- Drive Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) and B-BBEE compliance
- Monitor and manage expiring contracts and financial reporting commitments
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments and SMMEs
- Lead internal team development, training, and performance management
- Ensure IDFC’s procurement strategies are sustainable and efficient
