Post Title: Maintenance Officer (MR1–MR5)

Salary: R252 855 – R1 111 323 per annum (based on OSD determination)
Centre: Magistrate Office, Piketberg
Requirements:
- LLB Degree or four-year recognized legal qualification
- Appropriate post-qualification legal experience (as per applicable MR grade)
- Knowledge of the Maintenance Act, maintenance system, and family law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Numeracy, computer literacy, and time management
- Report writing and attention to detail
Duties:
- Execute duties of a Maintenance Officer as per the Maintenance Act
- Conduct financial investigations related to maintenance cases
- Supervise and guide Maintenance Investigators
- Implement bench orders and court directives
- Prepare reports and maintain maintenance statistics
