Duties:
- Coordinate community safety forums
- Mobilize communities for crime prevention
- Develop and implement safety strategies
- Manage stakeholder relations and intergovernmental cooperation

Requirements:
- NQF Level 6/7 in HR Management or Public Administration

Duties:
- Manage recruitment, leave, and establishment on PERSAL
- Reconcile personnel data with OD and HR units
- Ensure correct interface between PERSAL and BAS
- Maintain employee records and coordinate IOD submissions

Duties:
- Monitor SAPS conduct and compliance
- Evaluate service delivery of specialized police units
- Attend court to assess case handling
- Track IPID recommendations and DVA compliance
