Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: BCom/BAcc or equivalent degree (preferably investment-focused)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an investment environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support
- Compile and reconcile data from asset managers and banks
- Monitor post-trade mandate compliance
- Assist in monthly investment commentary and performance reports
- Prepare investment packs for Investment Steering and Investment Committees
- Maintain service provider relationships (asset managers, consultants, administrators)
- Resolve investment-related queries and identify risks and opportunities
- Monitor financial markets via Bloomberg and report using StatPro Revolution
2. Financial & Statutory Reporting
- Compile asset data and calculate Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Perform monthly and quarterly investment reconciliations
- Process month-end investment journals and invoices
- Generate compliance, variance, and cash reports
