- Grade 12 and a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Management Services, Operations, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

- 4 years’ experience in Organisational Development/Work Study, with 2 years at supervisory level.
Duties:
- Facilitate the design and review of organisational structure and job descriptions.
- Manage business process improvements and post establishment.
- Conduct job evaluations and coordinate Job Evaluation Panel meetings.
- Maintain HR information systems and compile reports.
