Minimum Requirements
- A recognized 3-year Degree/Diploma qualification with English as a major.
- SACE registration is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Ability to evaluate and provide feedback on student performance objectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the College’s Academic Plan and Quality Management System.
- Prepare lesson plans and lecture NC(V) students.
- Conduct student assessments, maintain assessment records, and capture marks electronically.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
- Track student attendance and distribute learning material.
- Support students’ academic and career development.
- Liaise with Student Support Officers for academic interventions.
- Organize student excursions and job placement opportunities.
